14-day money-back guarantee

The full 8-week plan costs €29 once. If you are not happy, ask within 14 days of paying and we refund it in full, no questions asked. Your access to the full plan ends when the refund is made.

Your right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU and UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Your full plan opens as soon as you pay, so before paying we ask you to agree to that and to confirm you understand the right of withdrawal then ends. Our 14-day money-back guarantee is a promise on top of that and applies anyway. We repeat your consent in the confirmation email.

Nothing renews

It is a single payment. There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel.

How to ask for a refund

Email hello@lifelongmethod.com from the address you signed up with. We refund to the card you paid with, usually within 5 working days; your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Your legal rights

This policy adds to your rights under consumer law, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU and UK. It does not replace them.
